Christmas Day 2006

It was a fun day. Initially I thought my humans would just leave both of us at home. They left early to eat Jalan Kayu prata and otah. Who knows they made appointment with Joy & Eleanor for a picnic. Before that since it was a Christmas Day, my humans went to Sunlove Home to brought biscuits for human, bread for terrapins and birds and pellets for koi. Everybody there got a share. Unfortunately they didn't bought dog food. So when they saw this stray, well.. they gave her eggs (freshly bought from Jalan Kayu).. hahaha...

Around 1.30pm we went for picnic at Upper Seletar Reservoir (my favorite place). It was amazingly a great day.. not much sun but not raining like previous days.
This is our picnic spot

Unfortunately this two need to be leashed and thanks to the great $2 anchor peg we can just ground them with ease.

Suria guarding the croc slipper

Pizza.. YUMMY!! So near yet so far

*Hypnotizing* Pizza come closer.. come...

Too bad we didn't get a taste on the pizza.. but we have this... TADA.... beautiful isn't it?! and I guaranteed it taste good *slurp*

One will do anything for this.. even without command (see Suria behind)

Our patience was tested

Overall weather was great. It only started drizzle when we were preparing to heading back home.

Not only Russ got present. We also have present from Joy =)

Suria: What's that??

We got some yummy cookies (which we finished it in one day) from Natural Pooch.

And they all mine!!!

I’ve Been X’mas Tagged!

My look-a-like friend, Fei, has christmas tagged me!!

Here is the rule of this X'mas tag:
1. The player with this game starts with “3 wishes he/she would love to get for Christmas” and also has a list of “3 wishes he/she definitely does not want for Christmas”.

2. Then he/she tags 5 friends and list their names.

3. The ones who get tagged need to write on their blogs about their Christmas wishes, as well as state this rules clearly, then tag 5 more victims.

4. And the ones who tag need to leave a comment that says, “You’ve been Christmas tagged!” in their comments and tell them to read your blog.

I would like to get this for christmas:

1. Unlimited supply of food and milk bones and toys and....
2. Blackie to find a good loving home
3. That 4 digit number that appear on our mirror to come out 1st prize (so I can get more treat and wish no. 1 will come true =P)

I really don't want these so:

1. All cottonbuds for ear cleaning and nail cutter should be banned
2. Animal abuse around the world should be stopped. Start from neighbourhood cat torturer to shark-fin eaters.
2. Elizabeth Collar. I hate it so my new year resolution is to stop designing my own hairstyle so I don't have to wear that horrible thing.

By right I suppose to tag 5 more friends, but so sorry I can't think of anyone =( I'll keep a look out =)

HAPPY WOOFDAY ZAI ZAI!!!

Jenny wrote:

After several days of excitement and longing to see Zai Zai, at last the day is here. We made a birthday card pawprint (really pawprint using inkpad) by Suria and Luna and bought some goodies from Natural Pooch.

It was a rush day.. too bad I gotta work on Saturday but lucky enough I could leave office by 2pm to quickly go home, grabbed Suria then bring him to Stormville for basic grooming at 3PM (we were late by half an hour). Too bad we don't dare to bring Luna along to go see Zai Zai. So, she gotta stay home.

Reached Zai's home exactly 4PM and his mummy hasn't home yet. But luckily someone at home and let us in. Zai was kept at backyard (a big backyard). He is so BIG now and TALL. When he saw us, he was so aggressive, keep barking, growling, showing teeth and trying to snap. Impossible to touch him. Then his mummy came, Zai also kept growling at us. After about 5 minutes talking to his mummy, I took out my camera to take photo. To my surprise, Zai became more friendly and keep looking at camera and posing for me.. hahaha.. what a vain boy.

Say Cheese!!

He is TALL and MUSCULAR

When he on two legs, he is about my chest height (I'm about 1.7m)

And his owner love him very very much

I love this photo, he looks so goofy!!

Surprisingly, their garden still look very beautiful.. I was afraid Zai being naughty and dig their so trim garden. He is still like a puppy and behave exactly like when he was a puppy, i.e. love to play rough and mouthing. But the different now is he knows how to stop :)

We only there for half an hour (don't want to disturb them too much :P). After a handshake, we left with light heart that he is in really good hand and very pampered and happy.

Birthday Card

We prepared this birthday card for Zai Zai aka Ryan puppy

He was a cute little puppy, wasn't he?!!! The photos are taken since he was just a few days old rescued from AVA hand and then taken away from his mother, until the day before he left to his new house.

His mummy said he grew pretty BIG now!! I bet he gonna look like Scooby Doo... HA...

Guess Whose Birthday Is Coming...

It's Zai Zai aka Ryan's birthday soon!! Time is really fly.. Zai soon will be 1 year old since he was born along with 4 other siblings (RIP dear... ). We were so excited when Zai's mummy allowed us to visit Zai. We'll be going to his house this Saturday (I can't wait..). We'll bring some presents. Zai's mummy said Zai loves to eat... so BIG GIANT BONES for his present!!!

It's been more than 8 months (if I don't remember wrongly) since we
visited him in his house. I bet I won't be able to "look down" on him anymore.

Busy But Fun Weekend!!

human said we would not join the last dog hash of the year because their schedule was very busy. And as usual, it turned up great - see Kingsley's blog. But mummy told me not to worry because she would take me out of the house for a car ride and Suria Brother to stay at home. Guess where they brought me... We went to VET!!!

Mummy started to worry because I lost fur on my ears, body and legs. Actually I'm fine, I just love to lick myself (err.. sounds quite xxx). Vet said nothing really wrong with me, skin scrape shown negative result (means no mites) but ended up the medicines & consultation bill came to nearly $150 *faint*

That's already around 5pm and before heading home we stopped by Joy's house to buy soap for us dog. It's aloe, neem and teatree soap. We couldn't stay long because at night they have dinner date with aunty E. Mummy said I can see the photo from Joy's blog

I was upset they didn't bring me along.. see all the food aunty E prepared. But my humans said on Sunday they'll bring me & Suria Brother out to Bukit Brown =)
We reached there around 10.30am.. and to our surprise, we met Uncle Ronald and his gang. U Ronald was there to let go a phyton. It was quite big around 2m long. The most disgusting part was it sprayed liquid shit when U Ronald took her (daddy said it's a female snake) from the sack. It's quite a show for the humans but we dogs didn't felt the excitement

Hey, coming?!! Why so slow?

OK.. I'm coming

Suria Brother's legs/paws had been recovered that's why he can come along.

See my leg hehe..

Sexy Bum

My new admirer ;)

*scratch* *scratch* ahhhh....

It was fun. Let's go home!

18-Nov-06 : Picnic at Upper Seletar Reservoir

I saw them packing the bag and walking towards the door. Suria brother in the kitchen, I was thinking I'd be grounded staying at home too. To my surprise, they took my leash and took me out. At first I thought they just gonna bring me for my daily walk because they ask me to wait in the common corridor.

Then I saw Daddy's car.. yippie.. quickly hopped on the back seat, although I hate car ride but thinking of going somewhere fun makes me excited.

We went to visit Blackie first. As usual, he was so happy to see us.... err.. maybe to see the food that we brought for him. After that back I was in the car and to my surprise, they brought me to Upper Seletar Reservoir again!!

Ah... I LOVE this place

Look at this place... GREEN!!

We brought some snacks, book, newspaper and of course cold icy beer =) and we even brought my floor throw.

This is for you Aunty Eleanor!! I love this set of collar and leash that you gave me. It fit me well and I look pretty in it. Thanks :)
